He selects for you the best offers of international and local insurance. His perfect knowledge of the Thai healthcare system will be an exclusive guarantee security for you and your family.

Why subscribe to an expatriate health insurance ?

Insufficient local welfare system :Family
health insurance "state contfamillerolled" does not exist or does not match those used in your home country. They allow, at best, a treatment in the local public health care system but who may not fit your usual basic requirements in terms of formal treatment or even comfort.

 Very high treatment cost :
in some countries in the Asian area, prices in the private sector may be much higher than those in the EU because these medical centres or clinics provide a quality care and accommodation equivalent or even better than that of most Western public or private establishment. They are usually frequented by expatriates and the upper class type and their practitioners have mostly post-graduated in an international university. A private health insurance will enable a 100% coverage of expenses in case of hospitalization and at least 80% for any visit to a doctor, medical tests or medication. For the French guaranteed by the CFE, the coverage calculated on the French rate basis will be insufficient and should be completed by a special expatriate insurance "CFE complementary".

Sanitary repatriation: A medical evacuation may be necessary to transfer you to a medical centre appropriate for a special care or to get closer to your family. Costs may then reach several tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars and mobilize significant means. These indemnity benefits can only be realized by specialized assistance company.

A necessary additional guarantees: Your status as an expatriate oblige you to think about a necessary supplementary coverage such as civilian liability, legal costs insurance, death insurance, disability or even retirement. Packages are available to enjoy tariff benefits.

Massage in Thailand

The first impression that comes to mind of Europeans who have never visited Thailand it is: Massage = Girls. It is clear that the media you format the brain by showing you only what they want to show ...
In reality, there are two types of Massage Centre in Thailand also. The first and best known unlike the nonsense that you can see on TV, are traditional massage centre where you can choose between different relaxations massages for the feet, body, head, with or without essential oils … The second are lounges Girls.

Massage centre with Girls.
They are very easy to find, generally, the light flashes, there are several girls at the entrance, all in micro shorts (which would leave almost see some intimate parts of her body) or in a bikini and do not hesitate to stick you for you return to power. You have to be blind not to see that this is a salon where things are going on enough sex ... Girls do not hesitate to mention some very explicit to encourage tourists to come. I had the right to phrases like "free blowjob for you».
Many of these  Body massage salons practice and are committed to the entertainment complex and can be a bit hard to find if you do not know where to look. When you enter you will find the Girls behind glass, sometimes called a "fishbowl." The selection of the Girls varies with time of the evening or at night (some are even open at the end of the afternoon). Each girl has a number, making it easier for you to select the ones you love.

The Body massage begins with a thorough soaping in a large tub. Girls can be very adept at this, and she will join you in the bathtub after a while. After that, it's entirely up to you. The girls in these institutions can not go wrong with men during the work day, and normally the whole session lasts about 90 minutes and costs between 1,000 and 2,000 baht.

Classic massage Center
The real Thai massage has nothing to do with it and it would be a shame to miss out on what constitutes an art of relaxation, if not an art of living in the Land of Smiles!
there are several types of massage practiced in Thailand:
Foot massage or "foot massage", "muat tao" in case you'd have to say in Thai, back massage and shoulder massage with oil, milk, essential oils ... and the famous Thai massage which includes all parts of the body, from head to toe.

Traditionally, these massages are pressure points on the human body, more or less vigorous.
A real Thai massage is more vigorous, your masseur / will wear his elbows and even take you up on your back is to tell you that we are not in lace!
The whole is comparable to a session of physiotherapy and more pleasant and efficient (and cheaper).
Some aspects are characteristic of Thai massage. It is performed on a mat on the floor, rather than a table height. This allows for a number of movements and processes that are not practical or effective with the work table, sometimes even impossible. Specifically, mat work allows for efficient use and maximum body weight of the practitioner, rather than muscular power exclusively used in other types of massage. By body weight and pressure control, strength and energy are applied and communicated by the practitioner to the client.

The work of Thai massage consists mainly of pressure on the body's energy lines and pressure points, with a variety of pressure groups. If the energy lines and pressure points are the central feature of Thai massage, however, should not be assimilated to Chinese acupressure. The body diagrams are quite similar, but the practices are quite different. Thai massage in the energy lines and pressure points are worked in a global massage of the whole body which can be executed in a period ranging from 1 to 3 hours.
• Removal of stress
• Release of tension and muscle stiffness
• Saves energy
• Treatment of diseases
• Stimulation of blood and lymph circulation

This ancient therapy is beneficial for young or older, active or inactive, healthy or not. While this exercise will respond to each according to his own experiences and current health status, we must remember that Thai Massage has been used by countless generations to treat medical problems and promote well-being.
Thai massage promotes a sense of unity, integrity, and balance. It creates a dynamic physical experience which integrates the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Ginger Extract: What Are The Benefits?

Ginger Extract: What Are The Benefits?   The health benefits of ginger has been shown to have a wide range of medicinal benefits.  It is useful for treating and preventing many diseases, from common to life threatening.  Here's a brief look at the ginger extract benefits to human health.

Health Benefit:: Motion Sickness
Many people that suffer from motion sickness are well aware of the health benefits of ginger.  It is more effective than drugs for relieving the nausea and vertigo that plague many travellers.  It can be used for morning sickness relief, without concern of unwanted side effects, as well.

Health Benefit:: Flatulence & IBS
There are many ginger extract benefits for those that frequently suffer from gassy stomach, bloating and pain.  It is useful for treating indigestion and irritable bowel.
Recent studies indicate that the ginger extract benefits extend to the health of the heart.  It may help prevent atherosclerosis.  It has properties similar to aspirin, in that it reduces clotting.  It may also help us maintain healthy cholesterol levels and improve circulation.  Who knew that a common spice could do so many things?

Health Benefit:: Inflammation
The health benefits of ginger are due to the compound gingerol.  The compound is responsible for its pungent fragrance and its anti-inflammatory activity.  When you are comparing supplements, be sure that it lists the amount of gingerol in the extract.

Health Benefit:: Fever & Cough
Like aspirin, gingerol can be used for reducing fever and is also a beneficial cough suppressant that is unaccompanied by unwanted side effects.  An extract should be standardized to at least a 5% gingerol content.

Health Benefit:: Arthritis
Some of the ginger extract benefits are to people with rheumatoid and osteoarthritis.  It is believed that one of the components may be a COX inhibitor.  COX is one of the bio-chemicals that are responsible for inflammation.
Prescription drugs that inhibit COX are accompanied by various unwanted side effects.  Some of which are potentially deadly.  Natural anti-inflammatory and  COX inhibitors are not accompanied by these risks.

Health Benefit:: Pain Relief, Morning Stiffness & More
In clinical trials, it has been shown to relieve pain, improve joint motility, decrease swelling and morning stiffness that are commonly associated with rheumatoid arthritis.  It can help relieve low back pain and migraine headaches.  So, basically, many of the health benefits of ginger are due to the natural pain relief that it provides.

Health Benefit:: High Blood Sugar & Blood Pressure
There may be ginger extract benefits for those that suffer from borderline to high blood sugar and blood pressure levels, although turmeric, a similar spice, has more evidence supporting its use for that purpose.  These spices, along with grape seed extract, may help reduce hay fever and similar problems that occur during allergy season.  Allergy sufferers would be happy to hear that, since these herbal extracts are not accompanied by the drowsiness and other side effects that accompany antihistamines.

Health Benefit:: Combined Herbal Extracts
Some of the best health supplements on the market contain ginger, grape seed, turmeric, olive leaf, pine bark and over 70 other beneficial nutrients.  Combined, it is hoped that these compounds will reduce our risk of cancer and help us live longer healthier lives.  Now that you know a little more about the health benefits of ginger, you might want to learn about some of those other extracts.  For more complete details on the benefits of ginger and other herbal extracts, please see : www.phytotherapy.thailand.com

Health and Nutritional Benefits of Spirulina

Spirulina is, essentially, blue-green algae that is associated with a wide range of nutritional and health benefits. You’ll find spirulina as a supplement in almost any health food store in the form of tablets, flakes, powders and pills.

Nutritional Benefits of Spirulina

 Spirulina contains high amounts of protein, essential amino acids, essential fatty acids and vitamins and minerals. In short, the nutritional benefits of spirulina are pretty high. Basically, blue-green algae pull in a wide variety of nutrients both from the sun (they are plants) and from the water it grows in. There are claims (as with every so-called Superfood) that spirulina can fight cancer, slow HIV progression and more. Of course, these claims are generally overstated or refer to the individual nutrients in spirulina in high laboratory doses.

Should I Eat More Spirulina?

Maybe. It is a natural source of a lot of good stuff: vitamins, minerals, protein and more. If you are looking for a more “natural vitamin” to supplement your diet, spirulina may just be it. If you are looking for a miracle cure for diabetes, allergies, cancer or anything else, though, spirulina doesn’t hold anymore promise than a well-balanced diet.

Important spirulina health benefits

Health Benefits:
spirulina lowers cholesterol, suppresses fatty accumulation in the liver, prevents tumor formation, enhances the immune system, and protects kidneys.
